血清タンパク質

●血漿中には多くの遊離タンパク質が含まれています.これらは血液とともに血管中を移動し,重要な働きをしていると考えられます.しかし,まだ生理的役割が不明なタンパク質が多く存在します.

下の表には通常血液の血漿成分として多い順番にその諸性質を示しています.

●N−末端アミノ酸は成熟タンパク質について決定されたもの以外はアルブミンのようにブロックされている場合がありますので,電気泳動で分離したスポットについて直接配列分析を行ってもN−末端アミノ酸が検出されないことがあります.
